WiFi client randomly disconnect. SSID disappear from WiFi network list.

Hello ! We have a wireless network in office, 8 APs 1602I and virtual WLC (8.0.115.0). We do not have a lot of wifi users (about 20 around the office) and wireless network works fine. Sometimes, but infrequently, one of a wilreless client may randomly disconnect, SSID is disappearing from network list and come back again after 1-2 minutes or after reboot or after disable/enable network adapter. This is bad, but usually not a big problem.

About two days ago many people came to our office for a big meeting (about 40 people, our colleageus from remote offices). All of them are using laptops and smartphones and a small problem became a big. All this people gathered in a conference room. There are two access points there. I can see about 55-60 connected devices on the WLC.

So all wifi users frequently disconnect and SSID disappear for some minutes. Now this is very bad and very big problem for me. I use a debug client mac-address on WLC, but can't see something useful from output. All RRM configuration is default. We don't use load balancing and band selection. We use NPS-server for client authentication. All APs are FlexConnected.

Please, help to fix a problem! Any advice will be appreaciated.

I would upgrade code to 8.0.121.0 & see if problem persist. If so reach TAC as this could be a defect of  the software code.

Hi, Manannalage ! Thanks for your answer!

I did not upgrade my WLC's code yet, but Rogue Detecion disabling resolved my problem.
