We have setup Ezradius for Entra AD authentication for our wifi but the wifi keeps dropping on multiple machines and connects back in some seconds.However with PSK it works fine without any drop.
Nobody can really help you here unless you provide more detail on your setup as Marce has asked already. At the absolute minimum: WLC model? WLC software version? (hint: refer to TAC recommended link below) AP model(s)? Client device type(s)? Client OS and driver versions? If Windows clients with Intel network adapters then have the drivers been updated to the latest available version? Unfortunately most of us here work with the Cisco enterprise products and don't have any experience with the small business products. Since you already have the latest drivers and the APs are on the latest software release I can't offer any more technical advice. Unfortunately the small business products have only very basic documentation and there is little to no technical detail on the products.
