I need a WiFi solution idea. that have range of 15 KM area. Have any Cisco product to give is solution? Please give your ideas.

Yes.  Can you provide more information other than "15 km"?

Do you have line-of-sight all year round?

NO line-of-sight?  You'll need to "bounce" the wireless signal somehow.  And it will probably cost MORE than to run a dedicated point-to-point dark fibre.

just to add Yes it is possible. I have a special calculator who  will let you know what AP and what antenna you will need in order to achieve your required distance. I am sending you on your email.
