wifi user disconenction

Hi team,

 

user facing frequent wifi disconnection.Upon capturing the debug logs in the Access point found the below logs.

Please confirm whether the issue is with authentication or the driver. Post the below mentioned message user goes in to the auth phase again.

wlc model: 5520 AP-Model: C9130AXI-D User :windows.

10:16:50 kernel: [*09/14/2022 10:16:50.8779] CLSM[88:8D:2e:2e:21:04]:

Driver send mgmt frame success Radio 0 Vap 0
Sep 14 10:16:50 kernel: [*09/14/2022 10:16:50.8780] CLSM[88:8D:2e:2B:21:04]:

client moved from AUTH to ASSOC

 - There are a few related bug reports about this https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch?pf=prdNm&kw=Driver%20send%20mgmt%20frame%20success&bt=custV&sb=anfr , good things to start with 1) check  https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html  and  upgrade the controller if applicable , 2) Update driver(s) on Windows (if applicable)
