Wireless AD authentication is not working

Hi,

We are implementing AD authentication for wireless users. We have Cisco ACS 5.6 integrated with Windows AD for authentication. But users are not able to authenticate. I am attaching debug logs from WLC for your reference. Kindly help me to resolve this problem. 

NOTE: MAC ID of my laptop is 9c:b7:0d:91:41:ce
