Wireless AP Radio Up/Down

Has anyone had an issue with the AP Radio (on a AP-340) going up and down? Also, it only happens when I add another 350 WGB to the network - it doesn't happen right away but rather an hour or two later... weird... once it, the radio, starts bouncing like that nothing is able to associate with the AP.

Thoughts?

Check if both the software versions on both devices are compatible with each other.
