Couple things you should do, open a TAC case so they can look and or hire a professional services company to site survey, review and troubleshoot the issue. A forum is a very hard and slow when it comes down to real investigating. Some general opinions was provided, but without seeing the config, talking with users, trying different things and performing a site survey, there is no one answer.

But other devices are working In that area like laptop without any issue. Do u have any idea from scanner prospective if any changes needed.

You will need to first make sure that the physical layer of your wireless network is operating as expected. Therefore a wireless site survey will be required, using proper software such as Ekahau or iBwave. The survey will not only verify the coverage but also other important things to check such as co-channel interference and signal to noise ratio.

Understand the operation limitations of your end device when it comes to RF, so you can relate that to the results of your survey.

But these are wireless barcode scanner how to check physically.

And plz help me how to use site survey software at the site I mean to say I need to install in any laptop at the site ?

Or there is other method to do so.

To do the survey you are going to need Site survey Software like Ekahau, and wireless survey adaptors that are able to scan all the channels like a NIC-300 card or a Ekahau Sidekick.

I'm going to say if your not sure of wireless site survey software, that I would be recommending hiring a third party company to conduct the site survey and produce a report detailing the coverage/ capacity of the existing wireless network. Given the warehouse environment being a complex environment this will be the best way to discover the issues, especially since you will be looking close to the same cost to get them in, compared to purchasing the survey software and equipment.
