Wireless Client intermittent

hello,

some of my wireless client have intermittent connection issue. When i try ping from my laptop to the my android phone i can see many request time out.

The client have good rssi if I check in the WLC and connect to AC radio

Try to debug the client via CLI when the client RTO there is no any messages. The message showing in this pic is when the client first time connect to the AP.

Some one can share how to improve the reliable wireless client?

Don't test by pinging a mobile phone.  Find the users that are complaining and then gather data that way.  What the users are experiencing can tell you a lot.  Determining if the issue is with a specific device type, driver version, in a certain area, is it during roaming, etc.  The debug works if you roam around, then you would see more than the initial connection.

What model of AP, and what code? What is the channel utilization on the AP?

Those ping response times are pretty high even for WiFi. Are the laptop and Android both on the same SSID in the same VLAN? If not then what is the topology, what other devices (switches, routers, firewalls, WAN links) lie between the two clients? Have you tested with different devices?
