Wireless client unable to connect to any WLAN (flooding CCKM logs)

van.g
Level 1
Level 1

Wireless mobile client fails to connect in 2 WLANs (Corp and Guest)

Corp is Radius authentication, Guest in WebAuth. Client was previously connected to both but after disconnecting, was not able to connect again.

From the device it is stuck in Connecting > Authentication error

From debug client output, only these logs are present on the debug. no other else.

Other devices are able to reconnect to both WLANs.

Google results shows this bug CSCve30199. But I do not think this is the case because even if all debugs are disabled, client still not able to reconnect.

I have attached a file from the wlc that includes: show logg, debug client, show wlan 1 and show wlan 2, and show network summ

Hoping for any inputs

UPDATE: After rebooting the device, it can now connect to the WLAN. But, the CCKM logs are still flooding in the debug client output. I have attached debug client outputs for NOT CONNECTING and CONNECTED state.

Post the output to the debug command "debug client <MAC address>" and try to authenticate.
What is the exact model of the wireless NIC?

Here is the whole debug client:

The mobile device is Lenovo K5 Note. How can I get the specific NIC model for android?

Hi Leo, I have edited the post with an update. device is now connecting after reboot. but the CCKM error is still flooding the debug outputs.

Attached are the debug outputs for the NOT CONNECTING and CONNECTED state of the same device.
