Please see attached configs. I can see one has the below in it and the other doesn't

what does this actually do? and do i need to add it to the other config?

Are they identical model of APs ? What is the model of each AP?
1. Data Rates
The above AP radio interfaces configured with specific speeds. Multicast traffic is send higheest-mandatory (or basic) rate configured on a radio.
In Radio 0: basic-12.0 18.0 24.0 36.0 48.0 54.0 m0. m1. m2. m3. m4. m5. m6. m7. m8. (certain low data rates disabled & make 12Mbps mandatory)
In Radio1:speed basic-6.0 basic-9.0 basic-12.0 basic-18.0 basic-24.0 basic-36.0 basic-48.0 basic-54.0 m0. m1. m2. m3. m4. m5. m6. m7. m8. m9. m10. m11. m12. m13. m14.m 15. (36Mbps, 48Mbps, 54Mbps maka as mandatory from supported data rates)
The other AP has default data rate configured & that's why it is not shown in the running config.
Radio0: basic-1.0 basic-2.0 basic-5.5 basic-11.0 6.0 9.0 12.0 18.0 24.0 36.0 ........
Radio1: basic-6.0 9.0 basic-12.0 18.0 basic-24.0 36.0 48.0 54.0 .......
2. Channel bonding in 5GHz
"channel width 40-above" command under radio1 will do the channel bonding (ie 40MHz) if client devices supporting that. So 802.11a client will get high througput.
3. DFS (dynamic frequency selection)
Radio 1 set to dynamically select the frequency (channel dfs command) & all the UNII1, UNII2, UNII2-Extended, UNII3 frequencies available to use (no dfs band block command). If you want to use only particular set of frequencies you can block unwanted UNII bands.
Regarding Do I need to config those in other AP, it's depend on your requirement.
Do you want to disable low data rates in 2.4GHz ? (this will help for better performance as you will disable 802.11b data rateas, ie anything below 12Mbps). If no sepcfic requirement I would keep "speed default" under both radio 0 & radio 1
Regarding channel bonding, I will do that If I have clients who can get benifit from that.
DFS- Depend on the deployment type/regulatory requirement, if you should not use certain UNII bands you can exclude them from DFS.

setting are as per the requirement.. basically above setings are the speed settings ,, that is at which speed clients will transfer the data.
If you are not facing any problem in the two AP settings and no disconnection and proper speed then it is better not to disturb the setting.
