Wireless issues with the Access Points : AIR-AP2802I-E-K9

Hello guys

for 6 months we changed all the APs in our company from the model AIR-CAP3502I-E-K9 to the model AIR-AP2802I-E-K9 .

After that we faced a lot of issues with the wireless connection and the most of users had many problems on that and they got errors messages like " connected but no internet " , "problem with wireless adapter or access point" and so on .

for each time we had these issues we tried to return to the model AIR-CAP3502I-E-K9 then we noticed that everything looks good and all the issues disappeared knowing that both of the models were associated with the same WLC .

Your advise please ? what we can do to fix that ? Thanks
