i have the curiosity to know what are the wireless security best practice? or where can I find it?
it´s right, that for best practice the encryption protocol WPA2 must be configured with AES instead of TKIP...

In general yes. you possibly want to go with 801.x PEAP.
AES is better encryption than TKIP which was just like an hotfix to WPA problem (adding more IV and some more features) what you possibly don't want is to check both AES and TKIP option at the same time because having both enabled means some drivers and laptop having problem with the encryption complication.
