I just want to know if Wireless Speed is shared or dedicated.
Say, If I have 54Mbps (Wireless-G) and 10 users. Will it be 5.4Mbps per user or 54Mbps per user?

Hi,
54 Mbps is raw throughput, in reality it will be less than this due to overhead, interference etc.
Wireless is also shared so the true throughput of the WLAN will be shared by all clients.

It is shared. 802.11G and 802.11A are very similar to 10Mbps half duplex ethernet. All wireless users transmit in 54Mbps. If there is a contention on the media, users back off randomly. Thus, there is no way to predict the overall throughput and throughput for individual users.
In a lab environment, the overall throughput is around 20Mbps to 27Mbps.
