Hi All,
I am having a cisco 3650 48 Ports switch , which is activated with Wireless Controller on it.
I am having seven 2602I cisco APs and one 1142N AP.
We have configured 22 SSID's running with two Groups.
Wireless Connection speed is very slow when compared to Wired and connection drops sometimes (10 to 15 times daily).
Best Regards,

Your problem is 22 SSID's. That is way too many unless an AP is only advertising like 1-4, 2 being ideal. If you do have 5+ SSID's on a given AP, try to only have two active and see if issue go away. This is what I initially think the issue is due to the info you posted.

Thank you.
In that case if create one more group and split all these 22 ssid's into three group , will this resolve the issue.
I think the it might be because of the Interference of these of these 22 SSID's.
can you advise me, how to remove this channel interference/Overlapping ?
And now APs are on 2.4Ghz and how to move to 5 Ghz?

Need to understand that the more SSID's that is in the air, the worse it is in general. Is there a need for 22 SSID's? Typically you only need two... One is for an internal secure network and the other for guest. Breaking the SSID's in groups doesn't solve anything because you want wireless to be seamless. Users should be able to walk around and work. This is why you need to look at your SSID's and figure out how you can reduce the number to a minimum of at least 4.
There is no way you will get your wireless working well with 22 SSID's. Think about all the other wireless SSID's from your adjacent neighbors if you are in a shared space.

Unfortunately we need all these ssid's ..i think if we move to 5Ghz range it will resolve the issue.
Do you have the steps to move the ap from 2.4Ghz to 5 Ghz.

That will not help to be honest. Disable the 2.4ghz and verify that all devices still associate and force devices on 5ghz.

Take a look at this document under: Configuring General WLAN Properties (GUI)
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3650/software/release/3se/wlan/configuration_guide/b_wlan_3se_3650_cg/b_wlan_3se_3650_cg_chapter_010.html#task_D167108DAB0E48469665DF2860D3B44A
You also can look at band select and tweaking that:

Hope this helps
