This is not supposed to be public information but surendra's actually been replaced by a cyborg some time ago. That's the only explanation I see.

You need WCS.
If you don't have a WCS then "no". Another way around is to make a time-based ACL and put this in the appliance that does the routing.

I don't understand what a router has anything to do with a Cisco Wireless Control System (WCS). IT's a software that manages your Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and CAPWAP wireless access points.
