Hello everyone,
A customer complain WLAN network authentication fails between 1-3 mins, it is not possible to work normally , could you please give me some advise for this ? How to troubleshoot this issue ?
AP is AG1130.

Hi,
We need more of the debug to be able to find the exact root cause of the problem.
DOT1X-4-MAX_EAP_RETRANS: 1x_ptsm.c:528 Max EAP retransmissions exceeded for client 94:65:9c:55:f3:ed.
This means, the WLC has sent an EAP request to the client, and has not received a response. This could be because either the client didn't hear the request, or the AP didn't hear the response. It could also be the client ignored the request.

Approximatelly 300 APs associated with this WLC , too many configuration displayed, any way to get part configuration regarding issue AP ?

Ohkk sorry, I though you have a Autonomous AP.
So only one device have problem or all devices are getting disconnection for 1-3 minutes...
Paste the output of this command: sh wlan <wlan id>
