Hi,

We need more of the debug to be able to find the exact root cause of the problem.

DOT1X-4-MAX_EAP_RETRANS: 1x_ptsm.c:528 Max EAP retransmissions exceeded for client 94:65:9c:55:f3:ed.

This means, the WLC has sent an EAP request to the client, and has not received a response.  This could be because either the client didn't hear the request, or the AP didn't hear the response.  It could also be the client ignored the request.

Hello ,

Approximatelly 300 APs associated with this WLC , too many configuration displayed, any way to get part configuration regarding issue AP ?

Ohkk sorry, I though you have a Autonomous AP.

So only one device have problem or all devices are getting disconnection for 1-3 minutes...

Paste the output of this command: sh wlan <wlan id> from WLC cli.
