How are the pings when you ping the gateways for 11.1 or 20.1? When a client is associated to the ssid, can they connect to resources on the network and the internet? How are the pings between wireless and wireless or wireless and a local wired server or wired device?

The ping to 11.1 or 20.1 is very stable, I can ping from any vlan to another as well, only

Controller and APs have packet loss.

Can you also share ping results to .1 gateway? is this good?  is the same device connect to other AP and Controller works good?

Looks for me you get alternative ping success,  Do you have a topology map, (not sure as of now, there may be routing loops i see (but we need your topology map).
