Hi,
I have a WLC 2504 and I need to upgrade it from 7.0.116.0 to 7.3.112.0 software version. I sow at the 7.1.91.0 release download page an advertisement that says "Migration path is from 7.1 to 7.2 Release" so I would like to know if I need to upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1 and after to 7.3 release code or if it´s posible to do it directly from 7.0 to 7.3
thanks a lot for your help

Hi,
I have just upgraded the WLC directly form 7.0.116.0 to 7.3.112.0 without any problem. I have many flexconnect APs and I didn´t lose any VLAN mapping as it would happend triying to upgrade to 7.4.100.0
best regards

can we limit bandwidth on wlc 2504.?
Depending on what firmware you are using you can limit bandwidth in two ways:
1. Limit bandwidth on SSID; or
2. Limit bandwidth per user.

The WLC2504 does not support per-user or per-WLAN QoS. Only the 5508 and up support those features.
