WLC 2504 software upgrade, screwed WLC up

I upgraded from 8.0.120.0 to 8.0.121.0, it screwed my device up.  I can console into it, the management IP changed, the config got screwed up.  I can configure my laptop in the same subnet as the management IP, I can PING the IP, but I can't GUI into the device.  Before I updated the software I downloaded a backup to my laptop, but I can't GUI into the device to install it.  Also, the backup image that's currently on the device got corrupted too.

Please help!!

Maybe HTTP is enabled before the upgrade and after the upgrade only HTTPS is allowed?

You can use the console and CLI to make changes and to upload code and or configurations. I've done that upgrade in the past and had no issues at all. If you have a controller other than a 2504, you have a service port. This is an out of band management port that you can use and that should also allow GUI/SSH/Telnet access to the device.
