I have a WAP321 and I am unable to connect to it nor can i access the internet when connected directly to it

Dear Experts,  Against 2508 wlc, I was wanting to upgrade the NBAR protocol pack, however, don't see an option to download it. Is this option made unavailable for 2508 wlc?
