WLC 5508 1530 series Register Problem

Hi;

In our environment we use 1800,2800,2700 series ap on 8.3.143.0 software. So we use standart bundle software. Now we supply four 1532 series outdoor ap. According to release notes for registering 1530 series we have to install different ap packages software. I download secondary packages but i am i little confused.

If i install secondary packages , am i face any issue about the other ap series (1800,2700,2800 etc.) ? Also is there any trick while importing ap software packages ?

Best regards

Umut

No trick it is just the remaining AP images needed for your AP to download the code from the WLC.

Previously such packages did not exist but as code got robust, we needed to separate that.

can you connect to console and post the complete registration logs to understand, (since you mentioned already checked compatability matrix ) ?
