Hi all,

I'm finding if is possible to configure a WLC to send syslog lines to a syslog server port different to 514/UDP.

I'm checking here:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/4100-series-wireless-lan-controllers/107252-WLC-Syslog-Server.html#anc8

Is possible?

Best Regards

P.S. I cannot login SSH into the WLC to test the CLI with help, and try if I can change the port

 -  No it's not possible and the WLC may have solid-security arguments : the TCP/UDP stack uses a well defined privileged ports-range (1-1024) for specific purposed. This leads to   a trust relation if the WLC uses syslog for sending messages to  a remote syslog-server).
