WLC 5520 Web auth Certificate Password

I want to replace the certificate of WLC 5520 webauth.

If you look at the screen where you replace the Web auth certificate in the GUI
There is a "Certificate Password" and is this password given when I get a certificate?

And I also combined the key file into the pem file,
Do I have to put in this value?
