WLC 9800 Usar SSID solo para smartphones

Estimados muy buenos días, 

alguno tiene experiencia y que la pueda compartir si alguna ves configuraron conexión wiffi solo para celulares?

Es decir un SSID utilizado solo para celulares y que ninguna PC se pueda conectar.

At WLC level you have Mac address filter. 

If you have ISE then the possibility is bigger

The MAC filter can be applied, but smartphones generally have random MACs configured, so that option would not be useful to me.

We do have ISE, but the IP addressing of the SSID does not reach the ISE due to company regulations, that is why I am looking for something in the controller that allows me to do this

I am afraid that whithout ISE, Mac filter is what WLC offers.
