WLC connectivity issue with ACI

I do have issues in WLC after moving from traditinal 6500 switch to ACI leaf .

issue 1) Getting packet drops while pinging the virtual ip address and no drops in the physical IP address .

Issue 2) The MAC address of the WLC is reported in EndPoint dampening and freezing

we tried the same deployment . But the packets are getting into FREEZE .

Are you talking about a scenario where WLC-Active is in one fabric and the WLC-standby is in another fabric where the two fabrics are connected via ND NSO?

Both the WLCs are in same pod but in two different leaf swicthes . Still we have the same issue .
