WLC flexconnect sticky ip address

the WLC is installed in site A 
APs installed in site B are in Flexconnect mode with central authentication and local switching 
Same SSID and Vlan in all sites but different DHCP scoope given by the core switch in each site
The problem we are facing :
when some users move from site B site to main site A , they never release their IP and  never request an IP from the DHCP in site A and stick with the one from site B.
this case is happening randomly with some mobile phones and cisco ip phones.
each time we need to block and unblock the user from WLC.

What do you mean with "block and unblock", is the client being excluded due to this?

Please make sure that DHCP req. is disabled on the SSID. Besides that it is up to the client to find out that its current IP address is not functional anymore and restart the DHCP process. This is not userfriendly so if the buildings are very close to each other and roaming is likely to happen, you should fix this design by not using FlexConnect or stretching the VLAN.
