Hi,

Could someone please help me on this.

I have 2 subnets for WIFI (192.16.20.0/24 and 192.16.40.0/24). clients connect to wifi and get ip from both range, but when the 20.x subnet IP's are completely leased out, we get disconnected and nobody would be able to get IP lease from 40.x subnet until we delete DHCP leases from 20.x subnet in the DHCP Server.

WLC is 2125.

Anyhelp on this would be appriciated.

Hi Surendra,

I am using the external DHCP server and I am advertising both the networks on the same SSID.

The firmware runnin on my WLC is 6.0.182.0.

Is this a bug or config issue?

Any help please.

Thanks

Fari

Please give me insights on the statement.. "I am advertising both the networks on the same SSID" in the mean time, please provide the "sh run-config" along with the WLAN to which we are trying to connect..

Are you talking about the new interface pooling in 7.0.116.0?

As in, you have two interfaces for your 1 wlan, but if one fills, then no one works from the other?

If not, I guess you have two different wlans, to two different interfaces? If that is the case, then when 1 fills, I would expect no more clients would work on that wlan, since the interface is full.....   as in there is no over flow mechanism...

So please help me (us) understand what exactly you have configured.
