hi

We have 4 floors of office , recently added a WLC to add extra APs . we have Rukus ap too .

we have successfully configured Cisco APs and it all connected to gateway too and  WLc (open Security )and APs got ips

but our issue is when ever a client connects to rukus APs they will get landing page and get connected to internet

but when they connect to cisco AP's they are not getting landing page and they have ip and the status of the connection would be no internet

Gateway ==> WLC 2504 ==> Cisco APs

 - Have a checkup of the  WLC 2504  configuration according to https://community.cisco.com/t5/networking-knowledge-base/show-the-complete-configuration-without-breaks-pauses-on-cisco/ta-p/3115114#toc-hId-1039672820
                                  Feed the output into : Wireless Config Analyzer

 Use client debugging according to : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/aironet-1200-series/100260-wlc-debug-client.html
                 You can have client debugs analyzed with : https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessDebugAnalyzer/

  Ref  https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html
         >...The 8.5 Mainline branch supports 5508/8510/5520/8540/3504/2504/7510/WiSM2/vWLC controllers.  It supports intercontroller mobility (IRCM) between AireOS and old "New Mobility" ("Converged Access") controllers (5760/3850/3650.)  It does not support IRCM with 9800 controllers.  For 8.5 Mainline deployments, TAC recommends 8.5.182.7 or 8.5.182.11.
