WLC Management

Does anyone know how to enable management of the WLC from a network which is WLAN enabled?

By default this is not possible but I was told that there is a way to enable this on the controller.

Management -> Mgmt via Wireless -> check Enable Controller Management to be accessible from Wireless Clients.
