You must configure an IP address and default gateway in the Integrated Services Module.
At exec prompt do this:
interface service-engine1/0 ip address 10.0.0.30 255.255.255.0
ip default-gateway 10.0.0.20
exit
exit
write mem
Now I have a question for you. What is the default login for this module? The docs say admin, password default but I cannot get past the login prompt.
I've reset this thing twice already.

The IPs are pingable; i can ping ip of the wlc module no issue there. I was able to access it using gui few days ago with no issues and now i cannot. I dont even get to the WLC gui login prompt.

you need a default route. Just key the default-gateway info and run the status command again.

Hi George,
thanks for you prompt responce but i think we are not understand each other here. maybe it is my bad but here are facts:
1. i can ping router' ip address
2. i can ping wlc module' ip address
3. i cannot open wlc gui, it says Connecting.....
So, my default route does work well..
Any other suggestions?

I'm an idi0t.
By default HTTP is disabled on a WLC.
Can you try HTTPS?

the https is also hanging.
In IE, Waiting for x.x.x.x......
In Mozilla: Got the "Add security exception" in Mozilla and
checking Information, Attempting to identify the site...
It sits at this point for forewer..
