I have WLC 5508 with HA and having Software version 8.0.121.0, and I would to upgrade the same to Software Version 8.2.110.0, what will be the impact to the Controllers and AP's.

It will take, approximately, 5 minutes to reboot the controller and the AP.

It will take the AP longer than 5 minutes if pre-download is not enabled. During the time when the AP joins the controller & then downloads the firmware, the AP will NOT be servicing any wireless clients.
