Hi.

I have deployed a virtual wireless Lan controller and configured that interfaces and IP addresses. but I can't access Administration GUI by management IP address. I have ping of that IP but I don't have SSH and web access.
I enable web mode and SSH but still it doesn't work.

         - What is the controller model (aireos or 9800 based virtual controller) ?

It's Airos

 - Obtain the current configuration of the controller with the methodology explained in :
                     https://community.cisco.com/t5/networking-knowledge-base/show-the-complete-configuration-without-breaks-pauses-on-cisco/ta-p/3115114#toc-hId-1039672820
Feed the obtained config into : Wireless Config Analyzer

I can't connect to it by SSH or Telnet console ... so I cant copy configuration.

 - Then you are basically blocked from any access to it ; I would advice to (re)install and basic setup on another instance/VM again , and use latest version while doing this https://software.cisco.com/download/home/284464214/type/280926587/release/8.10.190.0
Also make sure  that the hypervisor and or virtual environment is compatible ,

What hypervisor are you using?
Have you configured the hypervisor as per the install guide? (there are specific settings required)
You should still be able to access the WLC console from the hypervisor even if you don't have IP connectivity.
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/technology/mesh/8-2/b_Virtual_Wireless_LAN_Controller_Deployment_Guide_8-2.html

Note that vWLC is only supported on specific hypervisors and specific versions:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/release/notes/crn810mr10.html#supported-wlcs

  • Cisco Virtual Wireless Controller (vWLC) on the following platforms:

    • VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi) Version 5.x and 6.x

    • Hyper-V on Microsoft Server 2012 and later versions (support introduced in Release 8.4)

    • Kernel-based virtual machine (KVM) (support introduced in Release 8.1). After KVM is deployed, we recommend that you do not downgrade to a Cisco Wireless release that is earlier than Release 8.1).

i could access that via Management port. My GUI is accessible on Management IP.
