WLC9800-L-F Tengiga ports not working

Hi,

I have the following problem, I have a 9800L-F WLC, and I want to make a portchannel (LAG) with the fiber interfaces, it configures successfully, but I have no traffic through it. I don't see MAC either through this portchannel.
The WLC is using SFP-SX-MMD interfaces. Does anyone know why it doesn't work???

I see some case in nexus with SFP and the issue was the auto negotiation, can you manually set the duplex and speed.

For anybody else reading this thread - just to clarify what I believe the actual solution was:- on the TenGig port you must configure

"no negotiation auto".

My colleague was caught by this on 9800-80 last week when configuring the WLC manually from new without using a tested/working template.  It does actually tell you in the logs if you bother to look ...

*May 30 12:51:39.641: %IOSXE_EPA-3-AUTONEG_CFG_ERR: interface TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0 autoneg state 'negotiation auto' is incompatible with transciever. Remove 'negotiation auto' to allow the transceiver.
*May 30 12:51:39.642: %IOSXE_EPA-3-XCVR_PROHIBIT: Transceiver is prohibited to come online for interface TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0
*May 30 12:51:39.642: BUILT-IN-6X10G/2X1G[0/0] : XCVR prohibited on port TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0, epa_name=BUILT-IN-6X10G/2X1G, if_id=0/0/0, xcvr_speed=10000000, admin_state=UNSHUT

But the output on the interface is very misleading:

9800#sh int Te0/0/0 transceiver
The transceiver in slot 0 subslot 0 port 0 has been disabled because it is not supported by this card.
