I am having trouble logging in to my WLSE express via https in a variety of web browsers. Sometimes i can login but most times i cannot (passwords are accepted) and receive the message "WLSE is currently loading information. You will automatically be logged on when loading is complete". This lasts for several hours and never actually logs me in, the same is true with http on :1741. However I can SSH using putty no problem. I have stopped and restarted services and have rebooted my laptop and the WLSE, I have also tried on a different laptop to no avail. Please Help!

Hi Leigh,
What version are you running? If it is 2.11 perhaps you are running into this Bug which is resolved in 2.12.
Resolved Problems in the WLSE Release 2.12
CSCsa63479
After logging in, the WLSE GUI gets stuck on the Loading... screen.
Because the tomcat process does not attempt to re-start, when you log in to the WLSE, the GUI gets stuck on the Loading ... screen indefinitely.
From this doc:
Hope this helps!

thanks rob
unfortunately i was on 2.12 and am now on 2.13, it happened with both.. id suggest perhaps that this has not been fixed in either version and is still an outstanding issue. I have now logged in but it took 3 hours to do so!

Look at the show tomcatlog from the CLI to see if it show any errors related to anisnmp file. Also if tomcat process show as failed to start, then most likley anisnmp.conf file may be corrupt. It can be fixed using the new CLI command reset device-snmp from the CLI
