WOXTER NIMBUS not connecting to the internet when connected to 5pcs AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9 (and WLC)

Hello

Any suggestions what this can be causing ?

I could not easely find the right debugging commands that could be helpfull.

Problem description :

Our client has issues with only some Woxter Nimbus tablets not connecting to the access-point/controller.

Q:Can the tablet see the LAP's and their SSID?  A: The tablet can recognize the LAP but is intermittent so it never conect with internet

Q:Have they tried other security method (WEP/WPA/WPA2)? A:  yes, everything but nothing works.
Q:Can they join without encryption perhaps? A: They have tried all configurations but so far without results.

 The APs are :

AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9
 

The reference of the tablet is WOXTER NIMBUS 97Q Android 4.2.2

The Wireless LAN controller is running this software :
