we are just starting to roll out wyse clients to our teleworker community and i have to questions or if someone could lead me to documentation i would appreciate it.
we are using 7962 phones for the workers. some have wireless modems at home and i wonder if a hard phone will even work in that scenerio?
is uccx agent desktop supported.
