A9K-24X10GE-1G-TR linecard reload issue

Hello,

I have an issue where my 10G linecard can't stop reloading (and going to IN-RESET mode).

I was asking about running 6.2.1 because this is a newer card "

A9K-24X10GE-1G-TR"

 

it requires the new software as well as new FPD to boot up correctly.

if you have the same card and are seeing the issue, i would verify this first.

 

if its a different card, it may be something else.

Can you confirm you are running code above 6.2.1 ?

I had the same problem with versions 4.3.4 and 5.3.3.Has it been resolved in version 6.2.1?
