Not for OSPF but XR has it for ISIS.

Could you tell us if there is no such feature for OSPF in IOS XR or it is default?

Diogo,

There is no such feature on XR. Current CPUs are powerful and fast enough to run full SPF and there are not advantages implementing iSPF. Hence it was decided not developing it.
