hello,

we have problem in our ASR9001 Ver 4.3.4, after an accidental power off due electrical problem, led LC fail still red and line card (module and interface) not shown as active

You can get more details on why the line card boot fails if you open two sessions to the router. In one session connect to the line card console to capture the output during the boot and in another issue the command to reload 0/0/CPU0.

The command to connect to the console is

run attachCon 0/0/CPU0 115200

Type 'detach' at any time to get back to the RP prompt.

I use this command to reboot line card:

ASR9001(admin)#hw-module location 0/0/CPU0 reload

ASR 9001 line card failed to bootup
