Hi
I would like to find the temperature threshold value of ASR9010.
admin show environment temperature, it shows only current temp value.
admin show environment table will only have critical value, no minor and major value.
Could anyone provide me this value?
Thanks,
Tom

The alarm is reported for the Inlet sensor, but this is obviously a SW bug because the threshold cannot be negative (-50.0C). Which XR release are you running and with which SMUs/SP?

hi Oscar,
it would be the best to upgrade to a more recent IOS XR release, that will surely get rid of that error. See https://community.cisco.com/t5/service-providers-documents/ios-xr-release-strategy-and-deployment-recommendation/ta-p/3165422 for suggested releases.

Line card will be shutdown 24 hours after any of the sensors hits critical temperature threshold. Critical threshold values can be checked through "admin show environment table" command output.
When major threshold is hit, fan's will be automatically run faster to cool down the line card. this is why you see major alarm getting cleared.

Hi,
please remove the air filter and check the temperature after a few minutes. Cisco recommends to clean or replace the air filter on a regular basis.

Ok Tom, thanks for reply, so this is a new equipment I'll review the filter also verified the temperature inside the site.
Thanks
