ASR9001 LC 0/0/CPU0 Booting Loop

Hello everyone

   Please suggest me about logging and how can I fix it.I boot ASR9001 version 6.1.4 (I stock this unit about 1 year in cargo before install in customer site and first time turn on). During booting I see logging as below and I see at LC LED is Red and about 10 minutes is Green and then is red again (Cycle loop). I'm observe "admin show platform" LC 0/0/CPU0

state is  MBI-BOOTING -->MBI-RUNNING-->MBI-IOS XR PREP-->IOS XR RUN and about 10 minutes state looping again.

I have same issue with ASR 9010 LC 4T16GE-SE after reload LC The LC state MBI-BOOTING -->MBI-RUNNING-->MBI-IOS XR PREP-->IOS XR RUN and loop reboot after about 5 minutes

 I checked this LC by command: admin show hw-module fpd location all The LC show: fpga2,fpga3, fpga4 and rommon change original version firmware to 255.255. According the document and some cisco technician in this forum, the LC maybe hw LC fault

1 year ago, i had the same problem but I try to downgrade the fpd LC firmware to compatibilty with the IOS XR version and it go back OK

But now I do again but when I try to downgrade, the LC loop reboot so the progress can't continous to working

There seems to be some crashes seen, please open a TAC case, needs to be looked into details.
