Hi Guys,
I have upgraded a2 X ASR 9001 routers from 4.3.1 to 5.1.0, everything seems to be ok but they are not in production so haven 't had a propoer test.
My concern is that I am getting the below erro whenever I boot them:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Sep 24 14:49:15.733 : ssm_process[419]: %OS-SSM-6-NODAL_SERVICE_STATE_CHANGE : Nodal service state changes from AVAILABLE to UNAVAILABLE
&
LC/0/0/CPU0:Sep 24 14:52:30.564 : ssm_process[351]: %OS-SSM-6-NODAL_SERVICE_STATE_CHANGE : Nodal service state changes from AVAILABLE to UNAVAILABLE
Can anyone hlep me with this? what is the 'Nodal' service, should I be concerned?
Thanks a lot in advance.

Did you follow the procedures described at

Hi,
For this issue, IMHO, it's better to open a TAC case to investigate the issue.

Hi.
Do you see any side effects because of this message ? If show ssm detail does not alarm you any specifics, then its just harmless message. Make sure your services are AVAIL with show ssm detail command.
Thanks
