ASR9901 multicast routing configuration

I was unable to set the following command in version 7.1.x of the ASR9901.
I was able to configure it in version 7.0.x. How do I enable it?

RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:router(config)#multicast-routing

% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

It looks like you are missing the multicast pie that is needed to support multicast.

You can verify this with "show install active"

The package was not installed in show install active.

Maybe missed during the upgrade :). If you install it the commands should appear again.
