How can I indentify through snmp which cpu is indentify as which linecard?
For example the id's in the 2000 range in the picture.
We use the following poller in Solarwinds:

You poll cpmCPUTotalPhysicalIndex and entPhysicalName to get the mapping between those indexes and the physical hardware.
It's explained here:
