I'm looking to upgrade to either latest SP of 4.3.4 or move to 5.1.3 latest SP, but I am having trouble finding documentation. Is this (http://www.cisco.com/web/Cisco_IOS_XR_Software/pdf/ASR9k_Upgrade_Downgrade_Procedure_IOSXR_Rel_513.pdf) the only document to review? I'm trying to get a better understanding of difference between 4.3.4 and 5.13. I also see mention of a turboboot feature which I am not familiar with and would like to find out about. Thanks for any help or pointers.

Release notes are located here:

5.1.3 will have the new features from 5.1.x plus bug fixes.
In general 5.1.3 would be better as its newer and will have more enhancements and a longer lifespan left as compared to 4.3.4.
Turboboot is the procedure to install the OS from scratch:
