Hi Bila,

check out this link (CCO needed). Do an upgrade to 5.3.4 if possible. We have upgraded around 8 devices because of several bugs on previous versions.

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCun29482

Symptom:
RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Mar 3 16:19:10.009 : fib_mgr[221]: %ROUTING-FIB-5-ROUTE_UPDATE_DROP : FIB dropping route update: LABEL-RECYCLING: label=120734 new-prefix=192.0.48.0/24, tbl=red445, old-prefix=202.153.144.26/32, tbl=default, lcnt=1, rt-src=6

This results in the new-prefix being incorrectly programmed in CEF or missing.

Conditions:
May occur under the following conditions:
- A /32 prefix (mentioned in old-prefix) is present as a result of an attached route in RIB out of a multi-access interface; and
- LDP has advertised the prefix such that a local label has been allocated for it; and
- An RP switchover has happened in the past where after switchover the prefix stopped being advertised for some reason.

Workaround:
Use a different length prefix if possible to avoid the issue. After the issue occurs perform "clear cef linecard loc <>" to clear the stale CEF information and reprogram.
