Hi all, i am currently testing a feature that described as DHCP session mac throttle in an ASR9k its functionality role is a DHCPv4 proxy.
I applied the following command :
dhcp ipv4 profile <NAME> proxy sessions mac throttle 3 60 100
and from my understanding is that when i see 3 DHCP discover from a specific mac address in a period of 60 seconds the system will put the this mac address in throttle mode for 100 seconds. But what are the monitoring and idle states that i am seeing in the respective show command means ? Are any other possible states to expect to see ?
One more questions, is it possible to increase the throttled period to lets say 600 seconds ?
