Difference betweeen A9K-8X100GE-CM and -TR/-SE line cards

As the title says, there is lot of documentation about -SE and -TR line cards, but what about -CM?

It's when you buy an SE linecard using the "consumption model".
You pay for 200GE of ports when buying the card and then pay as you go for additional ports that you light up via smart licensing.
