ERSPAN on NCS 540 XR6.3

Has anybody been able to get ERSPAN running on NCS 540 with XR6.3? I am trying to look at traffic coming in from a TenGig interface and I am getting:

What is the most likely reason for this, except for that the feature will be available in the next release?

add port_level in the command, seems work

Running into the same issue. Can you be more specific what this means? What specific commands should I run?

Here is the config guide, it is same for ncs5500 and 540.

Like was mentioned prior you need to specify the port-only keyword.
